Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Sketcho: AR Sketch & Trace app and the Sketcho website (together, the "Service"), published by UNISOFT VIET NAM TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. Premium purchased on the website is linked to the account you were signed in with at the time of purchase and unlocks in the app when you sign in with the same account.

2. Premium plans

3. Payments and merchant of record

Website purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, billing, taxes and receipts, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. In-app purchases on iPhone are sold by Apple under Apple's terms.

4. Acceptable use

Sketcho is for personal, non-commercial use. You may keep and share the drawings you make. You may not reverse-engineer, resell or interfere with the Service, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

5. Changes and termination

We may update the Service, prices or these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You can delete your account from within the app at any time.

6. Disclaimer and liability

Sketcho is a creative and relaxation tool, not a medical or mental-health service. The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Contact

What we collect

We do not receive or store your card or payment details. Website payments are handled by Paddle; in-app payments by Apple or Google. Your drawings and camera images stay on your device unless you choose to share them.

How we use it

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the Service: Paddle (payments, as an independent data controller for checkout), Apple and Google (sign-in and in-app purchases), and our hosting provider. We do not sell your data.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and purchase data while your account exists and as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations. You can delete your account from within the app; we then remove your personal data except records we must keep by law. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at support@example.com.

Refund Policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

When you buy Premium on this website, the payment is processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our merchant of record and handles the payment and any refund on our behalf. Refunds for these purchases are handled in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region. For example, consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom may have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from certain digital content or service contracts, subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions. Other countries or regions may provide different statutory periods.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page; cancelling stops future charges and keeps Premium until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling does not automatically refund a payment that has already been made — refund eligibility for that payment is determined in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy.

How to request a refund

For purchases processed through Paddle, request a refund through Paddle’s buyer support service at paddle.net, or use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your transaction confirmation email. Please include the transaction details and the email address used at checkout. You can also contact us at support@example.com and we will pass your request to Paddle.

If a refund is approved it is generally processed using the original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval, subject to the payment provider’s processing times. Once a refund is issued, access to Premium may be terminated.

App Store purchases

Purchases made inside the iPhone app are billed by Apple and refunded under Apple’s policies. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.
